Welcome to the Lunetra Merencious website. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).

By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Products & Services

Lunetra Merencious offers both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure garments for individual and occasional wear. All custom-made items are crafted to client specifications and are therefore non-refundable, unless otherwise stated under the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as specified during the checkout or consultation process.

• Payment is accepted via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only.

• Prices listed include VAT, where applicable.

3. Custom Orders

Custom-made garments are created based on client-supplied measurements, style requests, and fabric selections. Once production begins, no major changes or refunds will be accepted unless the garment is defective due to an error on our side.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times vary based on the nature of your order. Estimated timelines will be provided during booking or checkout.

• Lunetra Merencious is not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information provided by the client.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Custom-made garments are non-refundable unless defective.

• Cancellation of a custom order must be made within 24 hours of payment to qualify for a refund (less administrative fees).

6. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, photos, and logos on this website, is the property of Lunetra Merencious and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

All garments are handcrafted and may contain minor variations. We aim for accuracy in descriptions and visuals but cannot guarantee that your device will display colors or textures exactly as intended.

Terms of Service

By using the Lunetra Merencious website or placing an order, you agree to the following service terms:

1. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate sizing, contact information, and order details. Errors or delays due to incorrect information are not the responsibility of Lunetra Merencious.

2. Fittings & Alterations

For made-to-measure items, we offer a final fitting session. Minor adjustments are included in your quote. Additional changes may incur a charge.

3. Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may affect future bookings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Lunetra Merencious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
